Time limit for changeover from FD to FB?
Last dec. 2005 I got an offer to change my old FD/new FB account to electronic, with the bonus of gaining a few 1000 miles for it. I do not really fly that often anymore on KLM, but being a thrifty Dutchman, try to keep the account alive till I reach some threshold (thanks to this forum there are still small snippets). However, after registering for this offer the also KL=Dutch=thrifty response came: the bonus-miles will only be credited after other miles have been gained. No clear time limit was stated.
a.Does this mean that I really have to make a flight on KL/AF?
b.Does anyone know of a set time limit for this offer?
