Moneychanger with delivery service

Wonder if anyone can recommend a reliable moneychanger (with competitive rates) who is prepared to deliver the foreign currency to my place at work. I am planning to change around S$4 to 5K into euros, and don't wish to lug that money around the place since the money changers may not have the equivalent foreign currency behind the counter if I just pop up at their booth unannounced. So I thought it would be good to make a call in advance, agree on the exchange rate, allow the moneychanger to scour for all the available foreign currency, and then deliver the money to me.
Does this work?
