How would the taxes compare
1) CX issued DONE4 (20 coupons) CMB - ... - CMB
vs
2) AA issued DONE4 (20 coupons) BKK- ...- BKK?
Rough difference will do.
I've tried getting the answer to 1) from Cathay but they got it completely wrong and rather than go through that again I though you might know. Thanks!
