By the way, there is NO CHANGE FEE on Sun Country's First Class tickets!
I guess I didn't take into account your OW travels. NW defintely is not priced for OW travel, so it's hard to compare that. I was thinking only RT fares, which (I just checked) NW is still leading SY. $193+ for a 7-day adv. purchase, and they're matching SY at $263+ for a 3-day adv. purchase.

Have you looked at Frontier at all? They have a FF program and seem to be matching some of the lower fares. I dunno if they have a good FC product, and there will be a connection, but it might be worth considering for the interline agreements (which is a very good point to bring up, BTW, especially for people flying out of MSP which tends to get some weather related delays from time to time ).

Edited to add: Actually, just noticed that NW has a OW K class, 7 day adv. fare purchase fare for $99+. SY's cheapest OW is $134+, but with a 3 day adv. purchase. Worth considering if you can decide to travel a week ahead of time.

Edited to add 2: I actually just checked with NWA.com, on your date (3/27) and found there is a OW fare for $180, not $358 (those $358 are B class fares, which earn 150% mileage, BTW, but that's another discussion).
