1-When making the booking online - did you get a confirmation number ?
2-Go on Gold passport web site- key in your GP number and all your current reservation should appear - if it does you can click on it and get all the details.
3-Gold Passport desk takes a few days to answer but always do
4-You can also e-mail the hotel directly and check if you have a reservation/room type request.
