Problem with reservation via Hyatt website

Hi all, I made a reservation through the Hyatt website for one of their properties in Malaysia. Special internet rates, I wanted to book a nice sea view room.

I have never received any confirmation e-mail, no confirmation number, no information, nothing.

I sent an e-mail to their customer services, got no reply to that either. It's been several days now.

No money was taken from my credit card account.

I am surprised. Maybe it is that the reservation did not come through or is there a chance that they might have had glitches on their website?

I need the room. What is the best thing you recommend that I do?

Thanks a lot for your advice, this is fairly urgent.
