Well one can interpret the union leader's comments in one of two ways:
- That he is upset UA waited to tell them because UA believed that if they told them before departure, the staffers would have intentionally delayed the planes' departure as revenge and his staff was more professional then that;
- That he is upset that UA waited to tell them because if they had known, they would have intentionally delayed the planes' departure as revenge.
