If CO still enforcing DCA 30 minute rule - Wash Post published TSA complaint number

In other thread we discussed many CO pilots and FA still enforcing the 30 minute rule on flights into DCA (AKA the "no pee" rule). Well I found the article from the Washington Post a few months ago - here are a few excerpts. The article was published from the experience of a Wash Post writer on a AA Eagle flight. Appears CO is the only one still possibly enforcing.

"Recent months, several Biz Class readers have written -- saying pilot enforced a 30-minute rule." "TSA spokesman Darrin Kayser said -- agency notified the nation's airlines on July 13, 2005 -- rule abolished"

To quote Mr Kayser "If there are pilots that are still following the 30-minute rule -- they need to stop".

"If passengers headed into Reagan National find themselves restricted by the 30-minute rule, Kayser encourges them to contact the TSA's consumer complaint line at 866-289-9673."

So folks if CO announces the 30 minute rule - TSA is asking you to call them and file a complaint against the airline.
