My experiences at the PHM have been totally opposite to the above poster's. Room stock is excellent in size and in ORIGINAL appointments but getting overdue for renovation. Service is absolutely terrible, approaching the catastrophe level on my last stay (which I have already discussed in another thread and won't revisit here).
As a member of executive management at another Hyatt once said to me about this property, "that's what happens when they focus just on profitability instead of increasing revenue levels to where profitability takes care of itself."
