OK guys... the end of January is almost upon us, and the excess of level miles over 115,000 still has not been credited from last year.
What's even more worrying is that I got an email from KLM just now ("Voordelige sneeuwbestemmingen," i.e. cheap snow destinations) which included in a sidebar my FB number, and the number of level and award miles as of December 31st. The level miles shown were 99,090, whereas I know I had over 135,000 at the end of last year. That was also the number shown when I logged in to FB on the website.
I have a really, really bad feeling about this.
