My friend was on a CX flight from HKG to BKK and he had a pretty bad bout of diarrhea. After his second trip to the bathroom, he asked the purser if she had any thing for a bad stomach. She said there was a bottle of Pepto around and as soon as she gave it to him, he downed the whole bottle! The purser was like, "Oh my God sir, you're going to overdose!" He said, "If you don't want that toilet smelling like that, this will help."
Needless to say, he didn't go back to the bathroom.
