I agree. Or at least some hyper absorbent feminine hygiene towels. By not providing them the FAs have provided a disservice to everyone. The guy for the excruciating embarrassment of having soiled himself and the related dry cleaning bills (goodness knows how he'd then get home). The fellow pax for having to witness his distress (can't do much about the smell though). The poor cleaners with having to deal with the cushion. And the airline for having to stump up the fees for a replacement seat.

'Diapers', as they would be rarely used, make an incredibly cheap solution to all of this. If I was an FA I'd be sure to always have a couple to hand even if I had to pay for and provide them myself.
