Nile river water poisoning is infamous, and common.
Would imagine this problem comes up frequently ex CAI.

Last Feb, a two ended problem developed in Italy. on the flight MXP-IAD All restrooms were filled and the doors locked by resident. A lot of seats got damaged. plane stunk to high heaven.

a good time to restore the interior of the AZ 767.
