Which medical conditions can only be handled in first? I saw this on another thread and was really curious, as I really couldnt think of any that would justify a lower rate. Yes some might be more comfortable in first, but wouldnt all of us!!!! Seems to me there is nothing medically different about first that isnt available in coach.
