Do you have any hotel recomendations in Bucharest? The Hilton Athénée is way over my budget, and I'm so far unimpressed by the InterContinental. I hear good things about the Howard Johnson, though.
I also heard good things about the HJ plus there's a Benihana in the lobby in case you like japanese food, although I would recommend some good Romanian food first
Marriott is good too although is not in the city center as the HJ.
Unfortunately, I do not have much more advice about hotels because I've never stayed at one since I have family living there.
