For the common-use lounges, you will need to collect a pass from the Delta agent at check-in. There isn't usually a gatekeeper at the lounge door, but a waiter will come up to you once you are seated and take your drink order and your invitation (so they can bill the appropriate airline).
The Air India lounges should be accessible by invitation for premium passengers of airlines using Terminal II-C. Both Air France and Korean Air use II-C if I am not mistaken. Of course, all premium pax on AI are welcome to use the lounge.
