as a diamond, I am almost always upgraded. Got a great room for 5 nights on FFN at PH Milan -- corner room, huge; on FFN at PH Chicago recieved room overlooking (and at the same height) as the Water Tower; yet at PH Tokyo in 10 stays (all on points) over many years I average only about 50% upgrade from Park to Park Deluxe (tho they have changed terminology over the years); I have never not been upgraded to RC (or access) in a hotel at that has one. I will be back at PH Chicago tonight and PH Tokyo in two weeks on FFN, we'll see.
