Bangkok & Phuket
My 1st choice for cat 4 used to be JW Phuket but alas its now a cat 5. Next best would be Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa - located on 15 riverside acres. Today was Loy Krathong in Thailand, a festival held on the full moon in November. People float Krathongs made of flowers, candles and incense down the river after making a wish. The Bangkok Marriott is right on the river in Bangkok. I wish I were there today!
