What happens to those who have shorter connections?
It's a nightmare! Got to be the worst airport in the world! Are they going to do anything about it?
I have to fly through there next month and am seriously worried about making my connection. Is there a fast track for those who have tight connections?</font>
Assume you were lined up in the non-citizen line. For those who require visas to enter the U.S., they are now being fingerprinted. The immigration agents are still getting used to the system. If you don't need a visa, you should not be fingerprinted when you get to the agent.
Same was happening in EWR, though not to the extent you described.
