To answer my own question, it was Wilma. Got through after another 10 mins, asked for YM to release 2 seats to C, put on hold, told "sorry, that's been denied."
To be honest, I didn't hold out much hope of getting a break in the middle of a crisis, but one has to ask.
Just hope that everybody caught up in the irregular ops gets home OK.
