I have sent an email off to customer services asking why they decided to shutdown the BS Siler/Gold checkin desk and also told them I am not happy with it at all as it takes away one of the reasons of using them whilst flying out of GLA.

I liked the idea before when there where no BA Silver/Gold then the person would call someone else forward to deal with them from the other Q.

Anyway, I would suggest other users of GLA please send in an email to customer services and complain about it.
