There is no REAL competition, in terms of
direct services on a
top quality airline. That's the point. And that's how BA get away with it.
If VS or BD (
with business class) came in, BA would be forced to imrpove the service or slash the fares. But until that happens... it can put on tha crappiest planes and charge the earth, and we keep paying....
