There is an expedited immigration service at BKK for TG F and some other airlines willing to pay for it (I think this has included AY but not BA). BA apparently used to offer this service too, but deny all knowledge of it when I have enquired previously. On one occasion I did get special services to arrange it for me, but this was very much a one off.
