They even gave me 4 certs for the breakfast buffet on my PL stay. Every employee I came in contact with went out of there way to meet my requests. ^
We've stayed here several times in the past couple years, including 3 trips to Disney with the little ones. Our experience is similar to
bbbb's. Pretty much everyone that we dealt with was great on all our trips.
Our little ones associate that Hyatt, and those white buses as being part of Disney.
