Possible to change Alitalia to AF?
I have a ticket on Alitalia and was wondering if it is possible to pay the change fee and fly on Air France as a codeshare since they are SkyTeam partners.

My itinerary is
CLE-EWR on CO W fare
EWR MXP AZ L fare
MXP DAM AZ L fare

I want to connect through Paris because they offer much shorter connection times (as opposed to the 14 hr connection time in MXP).

I'm willing to pay the change fee - is this possible?
