Further, a year ago you never heard this particular complaint out of any of the elite lines.
I don't consider "everyone else sucks, so I should lower my expectations of a business to which I give 5 figures/year to" to be a healthy way of thinking. Or, to put it another way: if I was not elite on US and/or if I start getting the "rent-an-agents," I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
