No, it's a change in policy. US never had a "no fly" season...everything was based on temperature, breed of dog, etc. They ran a smart, safe operation but have decided for whatever reason that they are no longer offering this service. That's a shame, as now I'll have to find a new carrier for the couple of times a year my dog will accompany me. And who knows...if I find that I'm treated well on those trips, why not send more of my business to that other carrier?
