IIRC it is $5/day. I always park in T4 because it is far cheaper than a car service back and forth from my house in Anthem (~$75 each way). I usually fly on Sunday nights and have never had a problem finding parking. It is usually right by the door on level 8. $16/day is well worth it or at least my clients seem to think it is acceptable.
