We preordered F course on BKK-HKG (Lobster Thermador. Yummy). I rang up TG while in BKK and they faxed the menu to our hotel. You have to call 24 hours before flight I believe. I posted some of the menu items; I'll see if I can find that old post.
BTW, after the Lobster the FA came around and offered us food from the cart as well.
