I'm not a lawyer, but my understanding is that in many EU countries (eg UK) you have no right to your image. As long as further use of the image is not defamatory then there should be no problem... (but maybe there's a legal expert out there who can clarify for this discussion). I don't think
hfly is recommending it's use in court either.
BUT all airline employees are required to possess and show valid ID on request - maybe this could be a tactic? Or go to the ticket desk and say 'sorry I missed the name of the lady/gent at the check in' and hope they'll tell you instead...
