I find that the speedpass miles post almost immediately. I applied for speedpass linking my CIBC Aerogold Visa and the bonus was 800 aeroplan miles. That was in February. Phoned CIBC and asked when I would get the bonus " as stated in a brochure enclosed in my Visa statement". They had no clue what I was talking about. After reading directly from the brochure the agent stated that they would have to do an investigation???? Pretty poor customer service I would say. On the other hand maybe they sent the bonus to North Carolina with all there other faxes. Time to change cards.
