It's the last flight of the night from ATL to LAX; there is an internal tracking system that somehow missed this flight to adjust the block and put an emphasis on getting it on time. It is humiliating to on the list, but inexcusable to be late 100% of the time.
Ok - points I guess for addressing this, but doesn't it seem like someone should have noticed? I mean, when it's every single day!
Better than publicly ignoring it though.
