Talked to them as well the same day as you (TUE, 6/28), confirmed receipt of my e-mail, was not sure about the fax with my cc number.

BUT, the agents wording was very choosen, e.g. requeste will be "handled", we will "get back to you" and similar. Pressing more she always evaded my question if the reservation will actually be ticketed. Further on FR, they said ticketing by TUE, now it's just "at the end of the week" - no further details.

I am concerned and I am prepared to fight!!!
