Yes, they do. I wish I had done a little more research on this before my recent trip to China/Hong Kong...I got hit with a long list of $5 ATM fees, often because I couldn't take out enough money in one transaction and had to split one withdrawal between two ATMs (like when I had to pay for a plane ticket in cash, etc.).
