I'm contemplating changing FF program. Now with KLM Flying Blue and getting increasingly dissapointed in them.

I have 145k miles, am gold level. Could consider transfering to other airline. Live in UK.

Is it possible? Will I keep my gold status to an equivelant in new program?

Any ideas, hints, tips greatly appreciated.
