Ivory are booked in X, elites in X and W. It's the same as it was for F+, and it was confirmed by
flyaircanada and by the very nice lady I spoke to today at FB about several questions I had. Plus, it was never infirmed in any published source (though inventory benefit is kept unpublished, even at the time of F+)
Why is KE F COS bonus only 50% when AF is 200% and even non-ST partner MH is 200%
Who knows? Note that KLM's website states 300%, so it may be a blunder.
Is minimum mileage per segment or per one way?
Per segment, as with F+.
