Advice regarding AF books

I was looking for a comprehensive book about the history of AF, preferably with a good assortment of pictures emphasizing its fashion and catering. I came upon a couple of titles but unfortunately was unable to get more information about these books, so I would like to ask the bibliophiles among us for their recommendations if they are familiar with these titles:

Air France: Des Origines a Nos Jours by Gerard Maoui and Robert Esperou. ISBN 2-86274-5375.

Des Metiers Et Des Hommes: Air France, Gestes et Paroles by Nadia Simony. ISBN 274910145X.

Sauver Air France by Pascal Perry. ISBN 2-73842-4910.

As always, I am grateful for any assistance provided.
