Im a platinum member who flies every week between Chicago and Phoenix for 9 months out of the year. Lately ive had little success in upgrading to first class. I get the e-mails telling me there is no first class available and then by calling reservations i may get upgraded. Whats going on????????????????
I share your frustration. HP is selling F seats at a lower price and they are filling up quicker with paid seats. This combined with only a 3 day upgrade window have given half the upgrades from last year.
