I understand your point. Perhaps it is a stretch to say that.
However, If we show the opposite (adding stuipd and flawed EUA causes disenfranchisement of Golds and Silvers - the airline's customer base - causing CO not to be rated #1 anymore) I think it will be the proof you require.
