Marriott Rewards "Merchandise"

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the MR link to skymall? I have been saving my points to buy something through their "merchandise" link which is basically a partnership to skymall. I have e-mailed MR services to find out why, but I am unable to access the weblink? Any news?
