I think there is a timetable on the Japanese website, or you can do a search here. I remember an FT member did post the schedule in this forum.
Although I read that the shuttle would only take 10min to reach the airport, it took 20-25 min at 7am on a Sunday morning. As a result, we missed the 7.25am Airport Limousine Bus to Westin Tokyo
