ex-EZE deals can be found directly at UA's website. I'm not aware of consolidators, but then I'm not a regular shopper there.
ex-Brazil are much more difficult due to local DAC not allowing fares below certain 'cost of production' levels (to protect Varig) thus the bottom price is always the same among them all.
You can find loopholes in Brazil but they usually don't last long... currently I've got none to report
