Indeed...conflicting info.

BB does a great job, but the latest version of the *A RTW Rules .doc he offers on his site is apparently way out of date--having nothing about the *A Regional members, for example.

What's the _latest_ scoop? $150 or $500? KF? BD exceptions? Wha?

This internet is great for the information it gives us...but then, don't you know, one begins to _rely_ on it for accurate and timely information...
