No, my suite was on the second floor and so it did not. It did face the Arno, though. Only the rooms on the top floor have balconies, so request a suite on that floor if you'd like one (otherwise, if you're short, like I am, you might not be able to see all that much out of the windows, as they're fairly high off the floor).
