What a strange decision, even if it's no big deal, it doesn't make sense to me at all. Being curious, I called the Visa "Voyages" customer service line and asked the question.
The guy who answered me told me that some people working in the customer dept. were also wondering about the exact same thing but with no answer yet...
Any other ideas why they did that?
