Looks like I misunderstood your question. Yep, this certainly looks like they scrapped the flight

The IAD-TPA 3:10 p.m. flight no longer shows up on any day after April 30 in the booking engine.
Same thing with the TPA-IAD 6:20 p.m. flight.
