With all of the general negativity about AA, I think it's important to remember that there are still many, many,
MANY great things about this airline, which is why I love to fly it:

- Photographs at the entrance of the LAX FL: What beautiful waves!

- Give out bump/CSR vouchers that accrue miles and don't have blackout dates
- Perrier in the ACs
- In-flight entertainment in F trans-con and international
- VIPOWs
- I love the soup in F and miso soup in J to Japan
- During the holidays FAs dress up or decorate the plane (i.e. Halloween, Christmas)
- Always greet me with a smile when I get on the airplane
- 1MM Lifetime gold: Something to aspire to!
- Bose headsets
- Slippers on flights to/from Japan in J/F
- F/J amenity kit lip balm
- All the great restaurants at ORD: Wolfgang Puck and Panda Express
- ex-NRT catering
- All the community service AA and AA employees do, especially as featured in AmericanWay
- People that work at the AC are always so friendly!
- Water bottles with meals internationally in J and Y
- Pre-departure drinks
- Meal service in Y internationally is very fast-- I like how FAs follow the meal cart with drinks
- In-flight power (why doesn't AA rent adapters?)
- The EXP desk
- EXP domestic upgrade policy
- AA flies to so many places
- Lounge access on international itineraries
- Discounts for good causes like Komen Breast Cancer
- Strength of OW alliance and great partner airlines (i.e. BA and CX)
- Generous award availability-- I've never had a problem booking tickets
