i notice that the emails advising of cancelled flights tend to lag behind the actual cancellation you often see the status on the app changed to cancelled and if you are quick go thro the whole process of rebooking, then an email follows later on telling you what you already spotted yourself!
i wonder whether the disruption tool was imposing an artificial 2 hour MCT and therefore not showing the 1500 MAN flight? some parts of the BA site do this, like when booking rewards.
