This is my same experience as well with the RM. Quite inconsistent as well. But I haven't seen any tangible hidden benefits myself.. From what I could actually see, DM+ members have had more obvious benefits than those on the DME trial basis, and rightly so.. So like others have mentioned, I can only see regular DM benefits getting eroded in the future while DME will basically retain existing DM benefits + RM usage..
So this is where I think the changes get a bit weird as CX would essentially be significantly diluting the DM value proposition for all pax earning up to 2400 which is a large number by any measure. And on top of this having axed the previous mid tier benefits above 1200.
