Having had the RM / CX relevant internal designation of the future DME equivalent for 1.5 years or so, yes there are quite a few tangible hidden benefits (which I assume will continue to be kept), but the RM level of service is somewhat inconsistent (especially since this year). And to a lesser extent the outport staff / onboard crew treatment as well.
This is my same experience as well with the RM. Quite inconsistent as well. But I haven't seen any tangible hidden benefits myself.. From what I could actually see, DM+ members have had more obvious benefits than those on the DME trial basis, and rightly so.. So like others have mentioned, I can only see regular DM benefits getting eroded in the future while DME will basically retain existing DM benefits + RM usage..
